His Top Ten NACC Folk album “Shed My Skin” released in 2018, and in 2021 he joined with James Lee Stanley for “All Wood and Led”, a “Laurel Canyon” flavored reimagination of Led Zeppelin songs, played by over 100 Americana stations.
His newest album “Horizon Line”, produced by seven-time Grammy®-winner Jim Scott (Tom Petty, Wilco, 6 Lowen & Navarro CDs), drops in August 2022. Built on the energy of persistence and inspiration to press onward, the album is among his best work, and is already getting early play on NonComm, Americana and Folk stations.
He personifies the engaged Renaissance artist, logging over 250 two-hour live streams in COVID lockdown, and has been on his ongoing “NomadDan” van tour since April 2021. Dan insists that art is food, music is love, and sleep is for babies.
