My Heart, My Anchor
My Heart, My Anchor
Hungry on Monday is an alternative pop-rock group currently based in northern Virginia.

Formed in 2015 as a side project among childhood friends, founding members Noah Poncin, Aidan Bruecken and Nathan Dahlman quickly realized that they had potential to become much more than a local garage band. As momentum began to pick up in October of 2016, the trio recruited long-time friend Michael Preston to play bass guitar. Not long after that they hit the studio. Their debut self-titled EP, recorded at M80 Recording Studio in their hometown of Purcellville, Virginia, received massive praise for its intricate blend of rock, jazz, pop, alternative, and funk. After its release, the band started to play non-stop in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. During the winter of 2016, they added pianist Ted Gallegos to the band as a surprise for several shows in their hometown.

With the addition of Gallegos their sound was elevated to even greater heights and Gallegos became a permanent addition to the Hungry on Monday family. In may of 2017, the band set out to write and record their second project. With their own members Michael Preston, Noah Poncin, and Aidan Bruecken spearheading the production, they were determined to create a record that was truly unique. During this time, tragedy struck with the unexpected and sudden passing of their producer, mentor, and dear friend. Ever determined, the group spent countless days and nights writing and recording a heartfelt tribute to their friend and completing the EP, Hideaway, in his memory.
agmité
agmité
agmité is a multi-genre group whose members are rooted in Jazz, Experimental, R&B, Soul and Gospel music.

The band's first incarnation was as the rhythm section for SALIO, a famed singer and songwriter from Tbilisi, Georgia. Months later, while playing with each other in the Annapolis based pop band Del Florida, Aggie, Michael and Ted started to see the world of opportunities in front of them. Not long after, the group set out to record an album at M80 Recording Studio with Aggie Brown III, Michael Preston and engineer Cole Eubanks spearheading the project.

The trio has grown into something that just cannot be confined to one dimensional. Their music is a culmination of the emotions and backgrounds of each player that ebbs and flows with each song. Their approach to songwriting is truly unique and forward thinking.
