Formed in 2012, Dr Robinson's Fiasco is an Alt Indie Rock band from the DC area. Their music features memorable guitar riffs and catchy vocal hooks fueled by unique and captivating lyrics. They have a tight rhythmic chemistry between members, which creates a relentless groove in their songs.

Irresponsible is an Alt Rock band based out of DC whose hard work has landed them headlining shows at such venues as the 9:30 Club, Jammin Java, and other venues in the VA/DC/MD area. The band draws inspiration from rock legends and local musicians alike, always ready to grow and evolve. Formed in 2007, Irresponsible consists of Ryan Paladino (guitar/vox), TJ Rogers (drums), and Michael Snodgrass (bass). The band’s first album, Life | Art | Love, was released in May 2010, and its follow-up, Madam Maggie’s House for Wayward Boys, was released in July 2011. On the new album, the band merges influences like indie rock and reggae with Irresponsible's signature alt rock style, all the while telling a story about the house they live in -- Madam Maggie's. Tobin James
Tobin James
Tobin James is a singer/songwriter, lead guitar, composer, from Falls Church. Funk rock reggae original jams. As former bassist with Dead Set, played the Velvet Lounge in DC. As former bassist with Adwela and the Uprising has played shows from Burlington, VT to Blacksburg, VA, including The Shrine in Harlem. As a founding member of Jaint played the Metropolitan Kitchen and Lounge in Annapolis and Jammin Java. Happy to be back at Jammin Java. Find him on SoundCloud under Tobin James Music.

The Pocket is a Washington, DC-based alternative-rock-reggae band with an authentic island sound.

Vocalist Omar Teitelbaum, Jamaican-born guitarist Terrence Brown, and keyboardist Matt Wood intuitively fuse alternative rock, jazz, and hip-hop with off-beat skanks that are Jamaica-tested and crowd approved – guaranteed to move an audience to its feet.

The Pocket gained international respect in 2007 while on a 42-U.S. city tour with reggae icon Ronnie Davis of The Itals and at performances in Jamaica (Montego Bay, New Kingston and at the Western Consciousness Festival in Westmoreland). To date, The Pocket has performed with Ronnie Davis, Third World, Culture, Pato Banton, Beres Hammond, Freddie McGregor, Wailing Souls, Roberta Flack, and Nora Jones and at some of the best live music venues in the United States including the 9:30 Club in Washington, DC, Fox Theatre in Boulder, CO and Malibu Inn in Los Angeles. (Locally, The Pocket has also played State Theatre in Falls Church, Iota Club and Cafe in Arlington, Jammin Java in Vienna, and The National Cherry Blossom Festival, Celebrate Fairfax, Annual Leesburg Flower & Garden Festival.)

The Pocket's acclaimed "Out of Many, One" album, mixed by Errol Brown (Bob Marley's main engineer), has seen international success. The three singles "Oceanside (Rooftop in Kingston)", "Steady" and "Lila Rose" quickly gained recognition and respect in Jamaica on both Irie FM and Zip in addition to college radio stations across the US.
