Matt Ruby
Matt Ruby
Hey. I'm a standup comedian from New York City and my debut album is "Hot Flashes" (released by 800 Pound Gorilla Records).

I'm a comic because I like to tell the truth and I realized that being funny is the best way to do it. I talk frequently about relationships, politics, race, religion, technology, and sex. (Honestly, trying to describe one's comedy style is rather silly. If writing about music is like dancing about architecture, than writing about comedy is like creating a musical about a tiger – wait a minute, that's just Lion King. Um, moving on...)

I'm also the creator of Vooza, a video comic strip about the tech world (called the "The Spinal Tap of startups" by Mashable). And I co-produce Hot Soup, one of the hottest live comedy shows in New York City, and the annual Schtick or Treat show.

Here's the part where I list a bunch of credits that you will most likely skip over because, y'know, lists. I've been seen on MTV's Girl Code and The Comedy Show Show on Seeso. I've also been featured on CNN.com, The Huffington Post, NY Magazine, Time Out NY ("Joke of the Year" nominee), ComedySmack (Winner of Best Web Short of the Year), Splitsider, and more. I've also appeared across the country at comedy venues and festivals including SXSW, Bridgetown, NY Comedy Contest, SF Comedy Contest, Boston Comedy Festival, and the New Orleans Comedy and Arts Festival.

Sandpaper Suit is the name of my comedy blog. It was nominated for Best Comedy Website by The ECNY awards.
Josh Kuderna
Josh Kuderna
With a mix of stories, observations, and improvised moments, Josh Kuderna is a much sought after live talent. He performs all over the area, including at the DC Improv, Arlington Drafthouse, Drafthouse Comedy Theater, & more. And Josh is the host of the award winning comedy podcast, "The Digression Sessions."

He has shared the stage with notable names such as Kevin Nealon, Ralphie May, Deon Cole, Anjelah Johnson, Bobby Slayton, Nick Griffin, Brad Williams, Faizon Love, Greer Barnes, and Andy Kindler.
Nate Johnson
Nate Johnson
Nate Johnson is one of Washington, DC's premiere comedic voices. Nate is at home on the stage of comedy clubs such as the DC Improv and Drafthouse Comedy Theater, as well as DC's thriving alternative comedy scene (Nate founded the Summer Camp Show, and has been featured on Church Night, Fale University, Time Machine Roast, Comedy Potluck, and many more).
Joe Gilpin
Joe Gilpin
Joe Gilpin is a DC-based comedian, performing every night in the DMV area. You can catch him on one of his podcasts, Fighter's Block or Up, Up and Away, or as a member of the DC Drafthouse Sketch Group House Band.
Keith Corey
Keith Corey
Known for being a kid with a shy attitude from Washington DC, Keith Correy started Stand Up comedy at the age of 16, merely to prove something of himself. While lying to his single mother about working a normal job every night, his quiet but weird demeanor gave him the opportunity to observe his surroundings and present them on stage every night. Keith Correy's sense of humor is a deep abrupt weird aspect of his life, surroundings and even issues of today. His truth in every joke brings light and appeal to smiling faces to stages and venues around the country.
Sarah Roche
Sarah Roche
Sarah Roche is a Washington, D.C. based comedian. She has performed all over the DMV as well as at Joke Joint Comedy Club, Off The Hook Comedy Club and for The Lady Laughs Comedy Festival. She most recently placed 3rd in Magooby's 2017 New Comedian of the Year Competition. Her comedy has been described as awkwardly arousing and adorably uncomfortable.
