music venue presenting the finest local, regional and nationally touring
acts seven nights a week in an intimate, enjoyable setting. Audiences
and performers alike enjoy the first-class sound system, lighting,
and personal attention we provide. Click here for a list of some notable past and future performers. We're located in Vienna, VA about 15 miles west
of Washington, DC. All concerts are general admission. Jammin' Java is non-smoking and all-ages at all times. Tickets can be pre-purchased online or by calling us at 703.255.1566 ext. 8 or by stopping by. The concert space is located in the same space as our cafe. We highly recommend that you arrive 30 minutes to an hour before the show and enjoy our full dinner menu and our full bar. Food and drinks are available before during and after the show. Java, please read the following: There are basically 3 performance "roles"
at Jammin' Java. Headliner, Co-headliner, and Opener. Headliners
should be able to draw at least 100 people on a weeknight and at least
150 people on a weekend. Co-bills should be able to draw at least
50 people on a weeknight and at least 75 people on a weekend. Openers
are generally unpaid and draw is not as much of an issue. These are
not hard and fast rules, just general guidelines. (see below for alternative
performance opportunities)
The Jammin' Java Open Mic, hosted by David Cotton, is held every Monday
evening unless there is a show booked. The show is always
