Sunday July 27 music for kids $8 for everyone over one year old - 11am show Recess Monkey
Three Seattle teachers, Daron, Jack, and Drew, rocking out for the kids and grown ups! We wrote and recorded our second cd, "aminal house (sic)" with the help of over 80 summer campers.
Contrary to popular belief, the three members of Recess Monkey were not raised in a jungle by actual monkeys. I mean, really: that's absurd! They did however spend a number of years attending a jungle school RUN by monkeys, earning their degree in "Going Bananas." With honors! The boys liked all of the Monkey subjects, but took a special liking to Monkey Shines. Since their departure from Monkey State, Recess Monkey has taken instead to rocking the Monkey House.
