Erin Weston
Erin Weston
Erin is a singer/songwriter based in the Washington, DC area. Her latest solo album Anchored combines smooth vocals and personal lyrics with a folk rock sound. She is a classically trained violinist and started writing songs at 16. Erin released her sophomore album “Felicities of Expression” in 2010 and performed from 2009-2012 with the band Left on Vermont, releasing their first self-titled EP and sophomore album Semaphore. You can find her music on iTunes, Spotify and Amazon.
The Magi
The Magi
The Magi is the duo of singer-songwriters and multi-instrumentalists, Rex Daugherty and Daven Ralston. Based in the DC area, their music is fun and whimsical, forlorn and lyrical, and everything in between. The Washington Post praised them as, "Truly splendid" and "appealingly fresh." Taking their name from a play where they co-starred together, Daven and Rex both regularly work as theatre artists on Washington stages. Most recently, Daven appeared at Studio Theatre and Folger Theatre. Rex is the artistic director of Solas Nua but has also performed at The Kennedy Center, The National Theatre, Off-Broadway at 59E59, and more. The Magi is currently working on their first album but in the meantime you can hear their music on their YouTube Channel. Contact them at TheMagiDC@gmail.com for any booking inquiries.
Eugene Lee
Eugene Lee
Eugene Lee is a Washington DC musician who considers himself more songwriter than singer but enjoys sharing his thoughts too much to let that get in the way. He finds music much like moving out an old futon – burdensome at times, unwieldy, but entirely necessary. He has performed throughout the area, both with the band Left On Vermont and as a solo act. “Honestly,” his most recent album, has been described as being “wistful, hopeful rock-art.” You can hear it on iTunes and CDBaby.
